Effective 9/1/2025, LBH will have a change in provider personnel at our Hagerstown office. All patients currently seeing Myranda will be transferred to another LBH provider. James Lukas, CRNP, Cynthia Rounds, CRNP, and Kelly Smith, CRNP will all be available to accommodate patients who previously seen Myranda. We understand that this sudden news may come as a disappointment. Change is almost always unpleasant and difficult. However, LBH is very much a family focused organization and all patients are equally important to all of our providers and staff. We will do everything we can to make this transition as simple as possible. We thank all of our valued patients for their continued trust and their understanding as we progress through this transition.

Lukas Behavioral Health LLC is an independent Nurse Practitioner owned and operated behavioral health practice. We proudly serve the Western Maryland community.
We are not affiliated with, nor employ psychiatrists or any other physicians. We have no hospital affiliations.
What is Behavioral Health?
Behavioral health is generally described as the connection between behaviors and the health and well-being of the mind and body. It encompasses how our experiences impact our behaviors and those behaviors impact our overall health. Most commonly the disciplines of psychiatry and psychology practice in the realm of behavioral health, however, other disciplines such as occupational therapy, nutritionists, nurses, as well as many other disciplines may play a role in behavioral health.
